NEWS AND NOTES
The Bobcats finished the 2008 season with four victories, one more than the previous year. To say that the 'Cats played a tough schedule this fall is not an exaggeration. Of their six losses, three were to playoff teams (Granville, Liberty Union, and West Jefferson) and the other three were to teams that finished either ninth or tenth in their respective regions (Harvest Prep, Licking Heights, and Utica). The teams beating the Bobcats in 2008 had a combined 45-15 record. Further, Grandview's win over Berne Union probably kept the Rockets from making the playoffs.

Three football Bobcats were escorts during the 2008 Homecoming ceremonies this year at GHHS: (from left) Ezra Ruiz (Emma Liberatore), Casey Rouch (Lily Picon), and Dylan Evans (Queen Spencer Jump).
